The border post leaving Chile

Today’s ride took us into Argentina.
Crossing the border was a relatively simple process. The advice is check the paperwork they give you is filled in accurately, passport details, bike registration and VIN number. Mistakes are not easy to correct later.
The road up the Chilean border control was tarmac, this changed to gravel on the Argentinian side. We were able to ride lots of gravel roads in the mountains on the way to our hotel at Bariloche in Argentina.
Snow capped mountains can be seen across the lake from the town, which has a Swiss feel about it. The buildings have large overhanging roof and lots of shops selling chocolate.
