It was damp and overcast this morning with the promise of rain, thankfully it didn’t rain as much as I expected and the roads stayed mostly dry..
The entire day was spent riding on twisty mountain roads through sleepy villages with very little traffic. A fabulous ride despite the cold at higher altitudes.
The hotel for the night was a Parador, Monasterio de Corias, as the name suggests the building was once a monastery, the conversion to a hotel was fabulous. A wonderful building to spend 2 nights and explore the local area
