It was overcast and cold today, out with the heated jacket. I headed along the back roads and arrived in Carnac, Southern Brittany in the early afternoon. We spend many family holidays in this area so I took some time to ride around to see some of the places we used to go to. This included a ride to Quiberon, returning via the Cote Sauvage, with so little wind the ocean was not so savage today.
I couldn’t find a campsite open so I settled for a small hotel in the centre of Auray with a garage for the bike,. I took a short walk to the Port for dinner.
